Analyze a Yosemite-Area Property
A listing can tell you bedrooms, acreage and price. It usually cannot tell you the full ownership story.
Use this page as the first-look framework before you spend money on inspections, due diligence or an offer.
What We Look At
Use + Regulation
Zoning, short-term-rental rules, obvious land-use constraints and questions that should be verified with the applicable agencies.
Access + Infrastructure
Road access, power, internet, wells, septic and the infrastructure questions that change rural ownership economics.
Risk + Carrying Cost
Wildfire exposure, insurance questions, maintenance realities and recurring costs that deserve attention before price alone.
Bring the Address. We’ll Build the Questions.
For now, the Property Review is a human first-look, not an appraisal, inspection, insurance quote, title opinion or legal determination. The goal is to identify the questions worth resolving before you commit more time or money.
The long-term Invest Yosemite Property Intelligence system will turn this framework into a structured property report that tracks ownership-relevant information over time.
Request a First-Look Property Review
Send the property address and tell me what you are trying to do with it. I’ll use the ownership framework above to identify the questions I would investigate next.
Property Review FAQ
What is a first-look property review?
It is an initial ownership-oriented review that identifies questions worth investigating before you commit more time or money to a property.
Is this an appraisal, inspection or legal opinion?
No. It does not replace an appraisal, inspection, title work, insurance underwriting, legal advice or agency verification. It is designed to help you know what to investigate next.
What should I send?
Send the property address or area, tell me whether you are a buyer, seller, owner, investor or land buyer, and describe the decision you are trying to make.
